In 2001, after endlessly searching for the perfect dog collar for her Pugs, Cheryl Gidman decided to craft her own.  Combining funky and unique fabrics with sturdy nylon backing she developed a fablulous looking and durable pet collar.  Soon she was getting requests for collars from friends and neighbors.   Cape Cod Collars was born.
